If you ❤️ peanut 🥜 butter, and enjoy a good opportunity to multi-task, then you need this amazing THAI PEANUT SAUCE in your life!

In today’s post, I am sharing THREE different healthy & brilliant meals you can make with this ONE sauce! 🙌

This is actually the same addictive sauce from my Thai Salad with Peanut Sauce post. And guess what? I loved the sauce so much, I came up with more ways to use it – and share them with you!

Note: When you make this sauce, I suggest you make a DOUBLE batch, so you can also make a couple other meals this week with this Awesome Sauce!

Meal #1:  Thai Salad with Peanut Sauce

This recipe is where I first shared this awesome sauce!  And it is SO good, it’s worth repeating! It’s like if a bag of Coleslaw & this Peanut Sauce had a baby, it would be this amazing & EASY salad!

Meal #2: Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

This is less of a recipe & more like assembly instructions!

If desired, simply reheat some shredded rotisserie chicken in the microwave, then assemble wraps by adding chicken & veggie of choice – cabbage, julienned bell pepper, carrots or diced green onion, and top it all off with a drizzle of this amazing Peanut sauce!  Sauce is perfect drizzled over steamed broccoli too!

Meal #3: Green Beans & Tofu with Thai Peanut Sauce

Transform ordinary green beans into a tasty & colorful vegetarian meal with the addition of Teriyaki Tofu and this amazing Peanut Sauce!

Check out the recipe here!
