Listen up – I’m here to tell you – Delicious food can be easy!

When you use a few ingredients, like only FIVE, that are packed with flavor, delicious food can be simple!

This week’s feature is inspired by Jamie Oliver’s show, ‘Jamie’s Quick & Easy Food’.  The entire series, on Create TV, features meals that only require FIVE ingredients! I love this concept, and I thought you would too!

  • I made the garlic mushroom pasta and shrimp pesto tortellini this week and couldn’t decide which one I liked best. I made a double batch for leftovers and added some ground Italian sausage to the mushroom pasta for the next day’s lunch. Both of these were very good!
