Oh, so many reasons to love Trader Joe’s, right? From their affordable prices, their wide array of products to fit any diet, & don’t forget the huge variety of frozen options available for any meal.  TJ’s makes it easy for you to cook like a true gourmet cook!

I simply walk their aisles, and meal inspiration just JUMPS out at me! Does that happen to you? Ok, that may just be me – but here’s what I put together that made my Meal Plan so easy this week!

This week’s featured recipes include:

TJ’s Gnocchi with Pesto Marinated Chicken

This Italian meal cooks so quickly & easily with Trader Joe’s Gnocchi and Pesto Marinated Chicken breasts! In less than 20 minutes, this meal is prepped, cooked, and on the table!

Actually, I hesitate to even call this dish a recipe, because it’s just 4 ingredients. If you are new to cooking, or if you dislike having to think too much about cooking, this meal is for you!

TJ’s Teriyaki Tofu Stir-fry

Trader Joe’s Teriyaki Tofu Stir-fry is the perfect Meatless Monday meal & so darn easy to make! Here I added chopped baby Bella mushrooms & broccoli florets to the stir fry, and added a couple more tablespoons of teriyaki before serving over rice.  You could skip the rice, or sub cauliflower rice! So versatile!

Easy Jambalaya with TJ’s Chicken Andouille Sausage, Shrimp & Chicken

If you are looking for a healthy One-Pot dish with the spice turned up, then this recipe for Easy Jambalaya with Chicken, Shrimp & Andouille Sausage is for you!
