Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas! Your new go-to Taco Tuesday recipe! Shrimp, peppers & onion roasted with homemade taco seasoning goodness! Is so good & so super simple & quick!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. shrimp - peeled & deveined - tails removed
  • 1 red bell pepper- sliced in thin strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper - sliced in thin strips
  • 1 small red onion - sliced in thin strips
  • 1.5 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 TSP kosher salt
  • 2 TSP chili powder
  • 1/2 TSP garlic powder
  • 1/2 TSP onion powder
  • 1/2 TSP cumin
  • 1/2 TSP smoked paprika
  • Lime
  • Tortillas - warmed
Directions
  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine onion, peppers, shrimp, olive oil, salt, pepper & spices. Mix until all is coated in seasoning.
  • Step 2 Line a sheet pan with non-stick foil. Spread shrimp mixture on pan.
  • Step 3 Cook for 8 minutes. Then turn oven to Broil, and cook another 2 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through.
  • Step 4 Remove from oven, squeeze with lime juice & serve in warm tortillas.
