When I stepped on the scale this weekend, reality finally hit me.   I basically ate ALL the carbs over the holidays, and now they are deposited on my hips! You too?🙋🏻‍♀️

In this recipe, Maple syrup & chopped walnuts combine with zesty dijon mustard make a magical topping for buttery salmon fillets!  I mean, I just want to put this topping on everything!
