These Roasted Parmesan Green Beans will have your family asking for seconds? 👍Seriously! It’s the only way you will cook haricot verts from now on!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of trimmed green beans (12 -16 oz.)

  • 2 TBSP olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 TBSP Panko bread crumbs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine beans & olive oil in zip lock bag or large bowl. Sprinkle with salt & garlic powder. Toss to coat.
  • Line a sheet pan with non-stick foil, and spread green beans on sheet pan in one layer.
  • Combine Panko & parmesan in a small bowl. Sprinkle over top of beans.
  • Roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time. Serve immediately!
