Roasted Parmesan Green Beans

Ingredients
1 bag of trimmed green beans (12 -16 oz.)
2 TBSP olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese
2 TBSP Panko bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine beans & olive oil in zip lock bag or large bowl. Sprinkle with salt & garlic powder. Toss to coat.
- Line a sheet pan with non-stick foil, and spread green beans on sheet pan in one layer.
- Combine Panko & parmesan in a small bowl. Sprinkle over top of beans.
- Roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time. Serve immediately!
