Every cook needs a solid roasted potato recipe – and this is it!

Shake up chopped Yukon Gold potatoes in a zip-lock with 4 spices & olive oil, roast and THEY ARE AMAZING!  Delicious the next morning with eggs IF there are leftovers! Share this recipe with your friends – they will thank you!

The roasted potato recipe that you need in your arsenal! So easy and seriously restaurant-level yummy!

Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
  • 1-2 TSP sea salt
  • 1 TSP onion powder
  • 1 TSP garlic powder
Directions
  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a large sheet pan with non-stick foil
  • Step 2 Wash & dry potatoes thoroughly and dice into 1” cubes
  • Step 3 Add potatoes to large zip-loc bag along with remaining ingredients
  • Step 4 Shake and massage the bag of potatoes until all are coated with seasoning mixture
  • Step 5 Pour potatoes onto sheet pan in one layer – bake 20 minutes on center rack.
  • Step 6 Remove from oven and toss potatoes, then bake 20 minutes longer – Enjoy!
