I used rotisserie chicken and Steam-in-Bag Broccoli florets to make this even easier! Simply mix all ingredients in a bowl, transfer to a casserole dish, and bake for 15 minutes! Serve with a salad or rice – and dinner is Complete! Check it out!

Ingredients
4 cups broccoli florets – (1 large steam-in-bag broccoli)
1/2 cup cream cheese – softened
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded, cooked chicken – rotisserie
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat to 375 degrees. Prepare 9 x 9 casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Cook broccoli in microwave as directed on bag, if using Steam-in-Bag. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise & seasonings. Then add the chicken, and steamed broccoli, and mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes and serve warm!
