Need a no-cook veggie side dish and don’t feel like salad? Here’s the simplest answer – Broccoli Slaw!

You can find a pre-shredded bag of Broccoli Slaw in the Produce section, and then make a yummy dressing with pantry ingredients – top with dried cranberries and chopped nuts of choice – and you are done!

Serve it as a side with sandwiches, anything grilled, or make a meal of it!

Super easy no-cook veggie side dish that’s not a salad! Broccoli Slaw will be a hit at your next cookout!

Ingredients
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag of shredded broccoli slaw mix
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts (or chopped nut of choice) - optional
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 TBSP garlic - minced
  • 1/2 TSP salt
  • 1/2 TSP black pepper
Directions
  • Step 1 In a large bowl, whisk honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt & pepper together.
  • Step 2 Add shredded broccoli, cranberries, & nuts and combine.
  • Step 3 Mix all until sauce is evenly distributed and chill until ready to serve.
