Easy Roasted Potatoes
The roasted potato recipe that you need in your arsenal! So easy and seriously restaurant-level yummy!
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
- 1-2 TSP sea salt
- 1 TSP onion powder
- 1 TSP garlic powder
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a large sheet pan with non-stick foil
- Step 2 Wash & dry potatoes thoroughly and dice into 1” cubes
- Step 3 Add potatoes to large zip-loc bag along with remaining ingredients
- Step 4 Shake and massage the bag of potatoes until all are coated with seasoning mixture
- Step 5 Pour potatoes onto sheet pan in one layer – bake 20 minutes on center rack.
- Step 6 Remove from oven and toss potatoes, then bake 20 minutes longer – Enjoy!
