Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! (Almost!) I want to share some of my favorite Irish recipes with you this week.
After my husband and I visited the Republic of Ireland last October, I truly fell in love with everything Irish! The beauty, the history and the whiskey😍 – so much goodness there!! We followed the Western coast down around to Dublin over 8 days, and it was glorious! I mean look at this – the Cliffs of Moher are jaw-dropping!
So this week I am sharing with you 3 recipes for some of my favorite Irish eats! This week features:
Guinness Brown Bread
– an easy Irish quick brown bread with whole wheat flour & oats that makes a hearty bread for dipping into your chowder/soup or smearing with butter & jam!
Irish Seafood Chowder
-the perfect chowder to dunk your Guinness Brown Bread into! Potatoes, seafood & shellfish of your choice come together to comforting and filling Irish Seafood chowder
Slow Cooker Corned Beef & Cabbage
-this traditional Irish staple makes a hearty meal and is a breeze to put into the slow cooker!
