Ever since attending the legendary Mallard Creek Presbyterian Annual BBQ with my hubby, I have had a love affair with Brunswick Stew. If you are not familiar with this delicious concoction, it is a tomato based stew starring all things smoked meat. And it is nothing short of perfection!
In fact, I just entered this very dish into the Annual Soup Cook off at my favorite local watering hole, Cornelius Drafthouse. And guess what, I WON! This soup is so tasty that I had my own personal groupies stationed right by my crockpot, telling everyone that they had to taste my Brunswick Stew because it was so good!
The pulled pork and beef sausage give this stew a smoky bbq flavor that is irresistible, especially to the men in your life! So, if you are looking for a hearty, stick-to-your-ribs kind of dish, then save this recipe now!
