Hi there! This week, I am featuring 3 recipes that are all prepared on ONE pan! Yesssss!
I am all about keeping dinner simple. You too? Simple ingredients, and simple clean up. So say ‘Hello to my Little Friend’ – the SHEET PAN! Between this guy and Reynolds Wrap Non-Stick Aluminum Foil (love, love, love this stuff!) supper can be oh so easy all the way around!
What is a Sheet Pan?
For my friends who may not be familiar with the term, a Sheet Pan is really a simple baking tray with a rim. It may also be called a ‘Jelly Roll Pan’ or your mom probably called it, “a Cookie Sheet”. There are several different sizes, but for home use, most folks use a Half Sheet Pan, which is 18″ x 13″. We actually use both Half and Quarter Sheet Pans, which are (9″ x 13″). I think they were originally created for baked goods, but I use them to roast veggies primarily. Just makes them taste so much yummier. (Is that a word?)
If you don’t have one of these, go get one now! You will use it forever!
What’s Cookin’?
Now that we have our Sheet Pans ready to go, I have 3 meal recipes that will provide you with ‘profound dinner pleasure’, as my culinary idol, Nigella Lawson would say! 😍
Roasted Sausages with Apple and Squash
– apple, red onion, smoked sausage & squash make a for a delicious & colorful entree
Lemon Ginger Salmon with Asparagus
-a simple soy/lemon/ginger dressing enhances delicious salmon and asparagus
Mini Chicken Meatloaves with Broccoli
-ground chicken is transformed into individual size meatloaves, that are reminiscent of Chicken Parmesan!
Hope you enjoy!
