This week I decided to lighten things up, and try this Plant-based diet that everybody has been talking about!
Don’t get me wrong, I still love ❤️ a juicy steak, but now that it’s the heat of the summer, I really just yearn for fresh, light fruits & veggies – so here we go!
Here are 3 surprisingly (JK!) tasty meals that are totally plant-based – of course, you are welcome to add in some shrimp or chicken to add to the deliciousness factor (I will not judge!😉) but I think you will find you don’t even miss it!

Air Fryer Falafel – Make delicious Falafel at home! The Air Fryer & canned chickpeas make this Middle Eastern treat healthy & easy to prepare! Also can be baked in the oven!
