This month, my husband and I are following the Whole 30 program. (It’s like our 5th time!) It’s a great reset for a new year. It renews how your look at food and how food tastes too. (In a good way!) Actually, at the end of December, I was kinda looking forward to it – there’s only so many cookies a girl can eat!
Whole 30 Guidelines are :
No Gluten, Sugar, Alcohol, Dairy, Legumes or Artificial Sweeteners.
Sounds daunting, I know! Honestly, it’s not so bad, I mostly just miss my nightly glass of wine! 🍷…but only a few more days! #dryJanuary
