Ok, I know you’ve heard of this – the K.I.S.S. principle?  If not, it’s an acronym that stands for: Keep It Simple, Sweetie!  (OK, I changed that up a little bit!)

The KISS design principle was actually created by the U.S. Navy in 1960, and stands for “keep it simple and straightforward.”

That’s what we’re doing in this week’s recipes!  Keeping it simple.  Right now, life is challenging. Period.  So, let’s fill our bodies with tasty & simple foods, that are maybe a little healthy too!

This Week’s Featured Meals:

Sheet Pan Shrimp with Broccoli & Cauliflower  – Simple & tasty no-carb sheet pan meal! Roasted shrimp, broccoli & cauliflower are finished off with lemon juice & parmesan cheese to create a delicious dinner!

Italian Meatballs  – Versatile and tasty Italian meatballs are easy to whip up and freeze easily to keep on hand for nights when you don’t want to cook!

Tuscan Chicken and Sautéed White Beans – Chicken is sautéed with mushrooms, spinach & diced tomatoes, while the Cannelini (or Great Northern) beans are simply heated through with garlic, red peppers and & Italian seasoning – all things you probably already have in your pantry!
