This satisfying Escarole, Sausage & White Bean soup couldn’t be easier!  Simply brown Italian sausage with minced garlic.  Add chicken broth, chopped escarole and cannelini beans.  Heat through and you have a belly-warming hearty soup that is perfect with crusty bread!
