When I was little, some of my favorite meal memories were on Breakfast-for-Dinner nights! I felt like such a rebel having waffles & bacon at night – like we were breaking the rules, but it felt so right!😎

Eggs Benedict in the Oven – Do you have a muffin tin, a blender & a sheet pan? YES you do! Then you can make this delightful brunch treat in no time, with minimal cleanup!
In this recipe, you will:
a) Poach🥚eggs in a muffin tin in the oven (yes -it works!🙌) while simultaneously cooking b) Canadian 🥓bacon & English muffins on a sheet pan, and then c) making a super quick hollandaise in your blender!
Sheet Pan Pancakes – Pancakes 🥞 for dinner?! Yes, please! Line that pan with parchment paper, mix up that batter, and 15 minutes later, a whole pan of ‘fun square’ pancakes is ready with the help of the pizza cutter! Everybody gets warm pancakes, and YOU have minimal 🧼 clean up!
White Bean Egg Shakshuka – Shak-what?? Egg Shakshuka is a simple dish of gently poached eggs cooked in a tasty mixture of simmering tomatoes🍅, onion🧅 & garlic🧄. In this recipe, we added creamy Cannelini beans, to make this more hearty & perfect for breakfast-for-dinner nights!
